ITS has a 24 hour 1-800 number for tech support line where fully trained tech support can be contacted. (1-877-856-1199). To ensure an RFID system performs to it maximum capabilities, monthly/yearly examinations are done. These examinations consist of Tech staff working with the reader equipment to insure there is no damage, to units, update internal software and retune systems.
